We’re developing a novel method of multiphoton fluorescence excitation that utilizes triplet states.
Our approach enables a new type of multiphoton bioimaging that benefits from reduced power, and simple, low cost components. Reducing power requirements while maintaining nonlinear excitation will improve the study of dynamic processes across large volumes at high throughputs.
